OUTREACH & PRESS
I am an avid science communicator, giving frequent public talks to various target groups (gave 20 public talks and organized 13 events in three different countries since 2015). As an example, during my Marie Curie Fellowship, I led an outreach program in partnership with Ciência Viva, through which I toured Portugal hosting a series of Café Scientifique-like events. I often contribute to the national and international media on research-related stories (at least 21 TV/radio/podcast appearances, 36 written press/online media contributions, and 2 magazine articles since 2015).
